2004 Rock Crawling Contingency Sponsorship Program For Recognized Events

As an acknowledgment of your valued support and participation in this fast growing sport. And as an effort to those individuals who have and do contribute to our continued successes, Tom Wood’s Custom Drive Shafts Inc. has developed the following prize money program for the calendar year of 2004. Providing that you participate as a competitor in any or all of the NEUROC, CALROC and Sports in the Rough

For eligibility you must display on you vehicle at least 1 substantially unaltered decal or sticker (if sensibilities dictate you may cut out the wording "my shafts a woody") as supplied by Tom Woods Custom Drive Shafts throughout the series and at least one drive shaft supplied by Tom Woods Custom Drive Shafts

In order to claim your event prize you must send to Tom Woods Custom Drive Shafts, at least 3 photographs of your vehicle competing in that series. This photograph must have our stickers displayed in a readily viewable area of the vehicle and must be visible and discernable in the photo.

Digital format is preferred. Any print photographs must be glossy print. All photographs must include information listing the event/series, obstacle name, and date. Any submitted photo/s shall become the property of Tom Wood’s Custom Drive Shafts Inc. and may be used at our discretion without further compensation.

Claimants must document their event/series placing via an independent source. (official organization news letter or web posting).

All prizes must be claimed in writing within 30 days of the series ending. All valid claims will be paid within 30 days of our notification.

In the unlikely event of dispute, the decision/s of Tom Wood’s Custom Drive Shafts Inc. is/are final.

You agree to defend and hold harmless, Tom Wood’s Custom Drive Shafts Inc. Its employees, officers affiliates and assigns, any liability resulting from the use or promotion of our products.

We offer the following incentives to the top 3 finish placements in those previously mentioned, recognized events.

1^St Place Series $500.00

2^nd Place Series $300.00

3^rd Place Series $200.00

We offer the following incentives to the top 3 finish placements in those previously mentioned, recognized events.
