Please note we do have length restrictions on building some drive shafts. Our equipment is custom length so we cannot build 2 piece drive shafts with the Carrier Bearing or Anything over 75” in length.
Ford Trucks have used many different types of drive shafts and many different sizes of u-joints over the years. We will need measurements and dimensions in order to build what you need. Please follow below instructions or our Measuring Guide.

F150 Front
Prices for front drive shafts will start at $219.00 for a Type B drive shaft running 1310 series u-joints. Larger size u-joints and Type A Double Cardan drive shafts will be more depending on U-joint size.

Measure fixed yoike to fixed yoke
Newer Ford F-150 front drive shafts were Rezeppa type drive shafts.
Newer stock F-150 Front Drive Shaft
We can build a replacement drive shaft using 1310 series u-joints. We machine a Billet Aluminum Adapter that bolts to the stock output flange on your Transfer case since this cannot be changed. You will need to replace the Stock Pinion flange with the standard 8.8 Pinion flange. Please measure for length.
